Boot Camp is ideal for individual contributors and technical experts who need to influence others to achieve their goals. the program is designed for women who have been identified as high potential or emerging leaders expected to move into management ranks.
Boot Camp helps you overcome common workplace challenges that women face as they climb the career ladder. You will learn concepts and strategies to capitalize on opportunities, increase confidence, and enhance competence as a leader. Boot Camp is uniquely structured to help build relationships, learn and test new ideas, and strengthen leadership presence and capabilities.
Participants represent a variety of industries including manufacturing, nonprofit, legal and professional services.
Fall Session October 2018 – March 2019
Quest provides skills that managers need in order to successfully get work done through others. Leading a team requires an understanding of group dynamics, coaching, performance management, and organizational influence.
Who Should Attend
Quest is ideal for new managers, experienced managers who have not had formal training, and those who could use support making the transition from individual contributor to a leader of others.

Go beyond just coping and learn to thrive in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment with an overlapping set of strategies designed specifically for women leaders.
Momentum transforms women into outstanding leaders who can contribute to their organization’s ongoing success. Momentum is a unique forum for women leaders to explore ideas and strategies with each other in a challenging and collaborative learning environment that supports their advancement to executive leadership.
Who should attend
Momentum is ideal for those in mid- to upper-management roles who aspire or are new to executive leadership. The program is for women who have extensive management experience and lead a department or functional area. Momentum drives women to sharpen their skills and traverse the corporate ladder.
Women’s Leadership Workshop Series
Women make up 51% of the population and 48% of the workforce, but only 36% of all managers are women. YWCA Women’s Leadership Institute workshop series empowers women to turn challenges into career-building opportunities.
