Jennifer Lorenz is the Director of Patient Experience & Quality Analytics at University Hospitals Health System. She is a passionate, data-driven, and engaging leader. Lorenz supports all levels of University Hospitals in ensuring that safe, compassionate, high-quality care is provided to every patient, every time.

Lorenz strives to display the highest integrity and dedication in her work. She is committed to helping those around her and inspires her team and nursing students to strive for excellence and provide the highest level of patient-centered care.

“I find fulfillment when I am able to help others recognize their own passions and find their paths to success,” said Lorenz.

Lorenz also encourages her students to utilize teamwork, and not to give up in the face of adversity. This resilience is something that she learned early on from the person she admires most, her mother.

“My mother told me to always finish what you start, if you don’t want to do it again that’s fine, but finish what you start,” said Lorenz. “This advice has helped me to persevere through challenges in my life, some which have had some unforeseen positive outcomes, and others that have helped to me to grow as a person.”
