Leadership Development: Boot Camp and Quest
This series consists of three leadership development programs—Boot Camp, Quest, and Momentum—designed to bring together women from varying backgrounds, organizations and phases of their careers to deepen their self-awareness and self-management to become more effective and productive leaders. The result of each program is empowered women—entry level to senior leaders—able to leverage their capacity, overcome obstacles and take confident strides toward higher levels of organizational leadership.

About Boot Camp | Learn More
Boot Camp is ideal for individual contributors and technical experts who need to influence others to achieve their goals. The program is designed for women who have been identified as high potential or emerging leaders expected to move into management ranks. Participants represent a variety of industries including manufacturing, nonprofit, legal and professional services. Boot Camp starts in March. Application deadline extended to March 1, 2017.
About Quest | Learn More
Quest is ideal for new managers, experienced managers who have not had formal training and those who could use support managing the transition from individual contributor to a leader of others. The program is designed for women from a variety of industries including manufacturing, nonprofit, legal and professional services. Quest starts in March. Application deadline extended to March 1, 2017.
About Momentum | Learn More
Momentum is ideal for those in mid- to upper-management roles who aspire or are new to executive leadership. The program is designed for women who have extensive management experience and lead a department or functional area. Momentum drives women to sharpen their skills and traverse the corporate ladder. Momentum will not be offered in the 2016-17 cycle. Contact us if you have an interest in this program.

Timing: This six-month program is usually held twice a year for Boot Camp (September-February and March-August) and once a year for Quest (October-March)
